With this announcement, MADIC group confirms its commitment to meet the market needs with a complete management and payment solution.
The acquisition will secure welcomed financial backing for TLM Technologies and the international reach of an established player; MADIC group was founded in 1971, with 1200 employees spread over 32 sites in Europe, Africa, US and Latin America. The deal will see existing US and UK-based operations continue while also presenting exciting opportunities to scale-out TLM’s evolution family of technology globally and tap into new trends hitting the convenience and fuel sector. TLM staff, including the senior management team, will remain in their current roles and will now be better supported with added financial and technological resources to drive the business forward and further benefit convenience and fuel retailers.
